Whale Rock 23 is a self-catering apartment located in the popular Lawrence Rocks area of Margate. Overlooking the ocean, this apartment offers beautiful sea views and a laid-back atmosphere. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, making it perfect for a peaceful break or a fun family holiday on the South Coast.
This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge and dining area has comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax and also includes a TV.
The living area opens onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating where guests can enjoy the ocean views. Guests can take advantage of the communal swimming pool and braai facilities and are afforded secure parking for 1 vehicle.
