Villa Araya is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in Uvongo Beach, Margate, within walking distance of the beach, making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
This double-storey house can accommodate 12 guests in a main house and a separate flatlet. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, while the third bedroom contains a king-size bed and 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The flatlet comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The main house features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and fridge-freezer. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for entertainment, a TV with selected DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi are available. The flatlet has a kitchenette equipped with a 2-plate stove, microwave, kettle, and fridge-freezer, as well as a lounging area.
The property has a spacious yard with braai facilities and plenty of space for children to run around and play. Guests have access to secure parking and will be conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and popular points of interest.
