Description
Silhouette 30 is a self-catering apartment located in Margate, a laid back seaside resort town on KwaZulu-Natal’s Hibiscus Coast. The friendly town has a relaxed holiday atmosphere with unspoilt beaches and lush subtropical vegetation adding to the immense natural beauty. Spend lazy days on the beach or set out to explore the animal sanctuaries, restaurants, shops, nature reserves, and golf courses.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Ceiling fans are available in the lounge and all the bedrooms.
The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has outdoor patio furniture and braai facilities. The patio overlooks sea views. The complex is secure and features a communal braai area. Parking is available for your car in a single lock-up garage. Guest parking is available for 1 additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.
