Ridge Road 18 House and Cottage is a lovely self-catering house with a separate one-bedroom cottage and is located in Margate.
The furnished house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen dining, and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed and have en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share a bathroom. The fourth bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. The cottage can accommodate 2 guests and contains a bedroom with a double bed, an open lounge, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet, basin, and a shower over the bath.
The kitchen in the house is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, and microwave and dishwasher. In addition, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a flat-screen TV and opens to a lovely wooden deck from where you can admire the beautiful sea view. The kitchen in the cottage is also well-equipped and comprises a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, and a microwave.
Downstairs, there is an entertainment room with seating to relax in. There is also a swimming pool, a large garden, and a fire pit. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower to rinse the sea sand off before entering the house. There is a water tank outside as a backup system.
There is also an additional flat that can be booked with this unit to accommodate a total of 10 guests. Please enquire about this as it comes at an additional rate.
