Description
Casa Dianay is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in Betty’s Bay, offering stunning sea views over a green belt, ideal for a large family or group of friends.
This property can accommodate 10 adults, and additional children can be accommodated on additional mattresses. The house consists of 2 fully self-catering apartments booked as a whole. One upstairs and the other downstairs.
Each apartment comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed. Two single beds are situated in the upstairs living area. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the remaining bathrooms only have toilets, basins and showers. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The home has 2 well-equipped kitchens that include a stove, oven, microwaves, cutlery, crockery, multiple appliances, and fridge freezers. The lounging and dining areas have ample seating and one of the units boasts an indoor fireplace, the other an indoor braai. For guests’ entertainment, there are 2 smart TVs with Openview, Netflix and YouTube and access to free Wi-Fi.
Outside, there are braai facilities, outdoor seating, and a wood-fired hot tub at an additional cost. Additionally, a gym and secure on-site parking are also available. Guests will be located a short distance from the beach.
