Luxury Stay guarantees guests unmatched luxury and an unforgettable stay in luxurious, upmarket self-catering holiday homes and apartments in Gordon’s Bay. These homes and apartments can comfortably accommodate between 2 and 10 people, making them ideal for couples, friends, and families looking to break away. Enjoying views of the ocean, mountain, or neighbourhood, the units are furnished with a combination of comfortable king-size, queen-size, double, single, and bunk beds. Each unit has private bathroom facilities fitted with baths, showers, and toilets. All units offer a fully equipped kitchen with a full stove and oven or induction stove, microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. The lounge areas are furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and Wi-Fi access. Some units offer a hot tub for extra relaxation, and indoor and outdoor braai facilities, as well as parking, are available. Two of the apartments are located in town, and one building offers a communal swimming pool, braai area, and gym facilities.

Rates & Extras50% of the total rates must be paid on confirmation of booking, and the Full balance is due before the occupation date.
A R500 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To allow for proper inspection, the refund will only be paid electronically within 3 – 5 days after you have vacated the house.
A R200 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
There is no smoking inside the house. Suppose there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, an R500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and other non-smoking guests.
Fleur Park Rules are to be signed upon arrival by a responsible person when booking. NB: By breaking any of these rules, you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.

8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
More than 30 days before occupation date – 100% refund.

0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
More than 90 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% on the Total Booking amount will be Forfeited with Any Cancellation.
