Hotel Policies	Rates & Extras WEEKDAY SPECIAL – R2,490 per day, Monday to Thursday. Weekends and Peak time – R4,990 per day 50% of the Total rates will be paid upon booking confirmation, and the balance is due before the occupation date. A R4000 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To allow for proper inspection, the refund will only be paid electronically within 3 – 5 days after vacating the house. A R750 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival. There is no smoking inside the house. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, including no hubby pipes or cigarettes, an R2000 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and other non-smoking guests. Fleur Park and Driftwood’s Rules are to be signed upon arrival by a responsible person when booking. NB: By breaking any of these rules, you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT. The owner and management of Driftwood Beach House Self-catering are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred. Cancelation Policy Guest will FORFEIT 100% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 7 days before Arrival. Guest will FORFEIT 100% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 14 days before Arrival. Guest will FORFEIT 50% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 21 days before Arrival. Guest will FORFEIT 25% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 30 days before Arrival. Show All
