The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed. There is also an alcove that contains a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Guests need to bring their own toiletries, towels, and hangers for clothes.
The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has gas braai facilities and a view of the ocean. The apartment has 44 stairs and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Communal braai facilities are also available in the complex. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in a single lock-up garage. Additional open guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
