The Garden Room A is set in The Safari with unique wallpaper which gives you the feel that you are on a safari Camp surrounded by wildlife, The Room has 2 single beds but we can change to a king bed on request, We have stand up fans in the Room and a large TV with open-view satellite TV, it also has a fully equipped self catering kitchen, a dressing table with hairdryer and a dining area, The Bathroom has a bath with bubble bath and a large Headed shower over the bath. This Garden room has the largest Veranda with comfortable Patio seating overlooking the Garden and pool area which has garden seating area and braai facilities and a swing chair.This unit has backup power during load shedding.
Garden Room B is uniquely decorated to make you feel like you on the beach, This Room has a King bed but can be changed to 2 single beds on request, it has a large TV with open-view satellite Tv, stand up fans for the summer days and a dressing table with hairdryer, This Room also has a kitchenette for all self catering needs and a bathroom with Shower with large Shower-head, There is a also a veranda with patio furnisher overlooking the Garden and pool area which has garden seating, a swing chair and braai facilities.This unit has backup power during load shedding.
Garden Room C has been uniquely designed to give the impression of the International Royal Scenes of the beautiful bird The Peacock, with its bright Royal blue colors this Room is just stunning. Its perfect for couples with a King Size bed and a bathroom that has a private Jacuzzi bath and a full shower with large shower head for those who prefer to shower, We can make up 2 single beds also on request. This Room has a large TV with open-view satellite TV, a dressing table with hairdryer, stand up fans for the warm days and a self catering kitchen for all your cooking requirements, You can enjoy a breakfast with us in the morning and come home and cook yourself a dinner or use the Braai area in the Garden, which has table and chairs, pool view, This unit has backup power during load shedding.
The Executive Suite also known as our Honeymoon Suite is perfect for The business men or the couples, It can also accommodate a couple and a small child. This Suite has been decorated to be set in the relaxing surroundings of the Forest, With wallpapers to give you the feel that you are relaxing by a clean riverside in the mountains, This Suite has a queen size bed, a dining area and a large TV with open-view satellite TV and Netflix There is also a dressing table with tissues and a hairdryer, air conditioning, A fully equipped self catering kitchen so you can enjoy a breakfast with us in the privacy of your room and in the evening you have kitchen facilities to cook a meal or you have the option of having a braai by the outdoor sundeck. The Executive suite is on the second floor and has a balcony to sit and relax on. This unit has backup power during load shedding.
The Main cottage is our largest unit available as it sleeps up to 6 people. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, The Master bedroom which can have a king bed or 2 singles on request, it has a TV with open-view satellite TV and dressing table with en-suite bathroom with shower with large Shower head, The second bedroom has 2 single beds, dressing table with light up mirror and hairdryer. The cottage has a second bathroom with shower and bath, There is also a large self catering kitchen which has all the catering equipment to cook for a group of people, There is also a large lounge that has 2 single beds and a sleeper couch where a further 2 people can sleep. The lounge has a a large TV with open-view satellite TV and Netflix available. A Dining table and chairs. The Superior King suite has the most modern fitting and finished of all our rooms, The Suite has to offer a King size bed or 2 singles on request, Air-conditioning, a large tv with Netflix and OVHD TV, a lightup mirror dressing table, a Fully equipped large kitchen for Self catering. a Bathroom with a walk in Shower which has a golden jet spray shower which massages your back and shoulders, And a cute Veranda.
The Double story cottage The Main bedroom is upstairs with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and there is a balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking the property into the park. Downstairs is a bedroom that can sleep 2 A lounge with tv with OVHD and Netflix. A single bed and couch And a fully equipped self catering open-plan kitchen and bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Full English breakfast is extra cost please enquire Breakfast is served from 7.30am – 8.30am. Non pork option available. Tea and coffee facilities in all units. Packed Breakfast is given for guests who would like breakfast before 7.30am.

Booking term and conditionsTerms and conditions
• All cancellations are Non-refundable
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
• Non arrivals will be charged in full.
• Dates may not be swapped for other dates, unless at least 4 weeks’ notice is given.
• Please note booking are only confirmed once payment is made in full, please SMS proof of payment from bank app and use your name and date of stay as bank reference conditions.
• Any extra guests will be charged for, this includes children.
• No day / night visitors aloud, only paying guests are allowed on the property. (UNLESS THEY DROPPING YOU OFF)

• Check in is from 12am to 2pm latest. If you arriving after 2pm – 6pm .latests check in. please call us when you are 30min away so we can make sure we are here ontime to check you in as our office hours are from 8am to 2pm
• We are not a 24 hour establishment PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO COLLECT KEYS BY 6PM LATESTS
• Check out is by 9am on the day of departure

• Pets are permitted – ONLY IN THE DOUBLE STORY COTTAGE by prearrangements only.
• Pets – please clean up behind your dogs, this includes their poo or mess they make.
Please bring your own bedding to throw over our white duvets or couches.
• No smoking / Vaping inside any rooms/ cottages.
• Any damages to you or your belongings while staying at Queensburgh B&B, you agree to not hold us responsible.
• Any damages by you to our property must be paid for on the same day.
• Housekeeping is provided But if you make a huge mess
and leave the accommodation in a mess we will charge R400 cleaning fee.
• On acceptance of this invoice, you are agreeing to all our terms and condition.
• The outdoor jacuzzi is cooled – you may use it cold NO charge. BUT if you want it heated, we charge R250 to heat it, this gives you about 2 hours of hot water. If you want this, you must book your 2-hour time slot in advance and give us notice to heat, we only heat once the R250 has been paid for and we do not heat later then 6pm for 7pm latest.
• We have noise restrictions and ask you to please consider other guests on the property and to not make a loud noise or play loud music. Thank you for your understanding.
