Rates & Extras50% of the total rates are to be paid on the booking confirmation, and the Total balance is due Before the occupation date.
A R500 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To allow for proper inspection, the refund will only be paid electronically within 3 – 5 days after vacating the house.
An R250 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Suppose there is any evidence of smoking inside the apartment, an R500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and other non-smoking guests.
Electricity included.
All linens, including bath towels, are included. Please bring your beach towels.
The owner and management of Majestic Self-catering shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage.

1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
More than 30 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
More than 90 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% on the Total Booking amount will be Forfeited with Any Cancellation.
