These homes and apartments can comfortably accommodate between 2 and 10 people, making them ideal for couples, friends, and families looking to break away. Enjoying views of the ocean, mountain, or neighbourhood, the units are furnished with a combination of comfortable king-size, queen-size, double, single, and bunk beds. Each unit has private bathroom facilities fitted with baths, showers, and toilets. All units offer a fully equipped kitchen with a full stove and oven or induction stove, microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. The lounge areas are furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and Wi-Fi access. 50% of the total rates must be paid upon booking confirmation. The balance is due before or on arrival. R3000 refundable breakage fee to be paid before arrival. Refund will ONLY be paid back 3 to 5 working days after check out & inspection. R750 exit cleaning fee is to be paid before or upon arrival. NO Smoking inside the house. A R1500 fine will be deducted from your breakage fee. Fleur Park rules must be signed by the person responsible when booking in. NB. By breaking any of these rules, you will lose your FULL DEPOSIT. The Owner and Management of Beachwood Cottage self-catering are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Guest will FORFEIT 100% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 7 days before Arrival. Guest will FORFEIT 100% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 14 days before Arrival. Guest will FORFEIT 50% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 21 days before Arrival. Guest will FORFEIT 25% of reservation amount if the guest cancels 30 days before Arrival.
