Perched high on the hillside, SeaScape is a lovely self-catering holiday home boasting incredible views of the False Bay area and ocean. The beautiful Cape Peninsula Mountain range is positioned directly behind the house offering numerous walks through the indigenous fynbos right on your doorstep. Please note that the pathway to the property is steep, so we recommend that guests have a reasonable level of fitness and no health issues in order to comfortably make the walk up. Dogs are welcome as the property is fully fenced.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 6 adults and an infant as it comprises 2 sea-facing bedrooms and a mountain-facing bedroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a cot and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom which has a shower-over-bath.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. The cosy lounge has comfy seating and a TV which is a great spot for guests to relax with a book or play some board games. This living area also has a dining space where guests can enjoy their meals together. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
The lounge area has two sets of double doors, that lead to a seated outdoor area with a braai. There is also a little breakfast bench where guests can enjoy a morning coffee and admire the gorgeous sunrises over the ocean. During load shedding, the property has a backup battery system that will run lights, laptops and the TV. Activities in the area include swimming, snorkelling, diving, and kayaking.
